Im Adam butler I worked for vardens for over 3 and a half years I handed my notice in because they can’t manage nothing themselves they expected me to do a supervisors job when I was only a shunter. They sacked me a week into my notice because my brother had an argument with “pete” because the water was freezing on to sides of the vans and then when my brother said look we can’t keep washing it’s freezing on then pete got in my brothers face aggressively shouting and chucking his arms about. I wasn’t even there but they sacked me for it with no explanation or anything this company is an absolute joke non of them can wash a van or wagon between them all. The supervisor at pudsey depo could do with a good jet wash herself….

This company don’t value their workers one little bit, all they care about is their number all they do is talk to you like a nobody after working there for months. Even when the job isn’t possible with snow and ice they still expect you to get all the work done when there’s a foot of snow on the ground and then when you say something they like to get in your face and sack you. Then further more they sacked my brother for the same reason. Horrible company to work for…. Management is disgusting, they don’t want to pay supervisors so you’ve got to do the supervisor role but don’t get paid for it

Bad place to work, let go after receiving an injury at work because of a heavy workload with little hands on support. Often had broken equipment or no soap to actually do the job. Also, very tea break happy to say the least. The office staff are helpful and UPS staff were all great though. Wouldn’t recommend unless you really need money quick

I worked 9 hours in two days and they paid me £52.32 for the today days in still owed £26.16 and they are not answering my calls. They tried saying I only worked 3 hours. Even when iv written it down on the time sheet at ups ..I done 4hours 30 minutes each day. I want my money

What a shambles this company is. I have worked for them for the last 7 months and they constantly get things wrong in the office. Another review has been posted by another employee giving them 5 stars. Definitely a joke company they don't know their back end from their elbow. Very poorly skilled admin staff and extreme lack of training provided to myself. Just left to get on with it with no feedback or anything. But as long as they are making money they couldn't care less about anyone. Amateurs and not worth investing in contracts with them.
