  No idea what the quality of work is like but if it's anything like the driving I saw I can imagine a considerable lack of care. Watched a Vapourmist sign written van (RA65MNN) aggressively tailgate, speed, undertake several vehicles and finally pull across all 4 lanes of the motorway to make a last second exit, cutting up multiple cars and a lorry in the process. Totally reckless and unprofessional.

  We used Vapourmist Solutions Ltd to install a system for us, following approved planning for a loft conversion. We were renovating the downstairs rooms in the house and needed a quick response to install the system within a small window of time while access to the ceilings was available. The team surveyed the house on Wednesday & installed the system on Friday allowing us to keep on schedule for the build. The team have been fantastic at install, testing and the customer service we have received has been quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

  Vapourmist installed a Plumis Automist solution for us, which enabled us to get Building Control approval for renovation works including an open plan layout with double height space. The Vapourmist team was lovely throughout, over the phone and by email, and on site. There was a bit of a mix up with the cable and hose lengths that we were sent, but that was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the team. Building control were happy with the solution from a safety perspective, and we're happy with it from an aesthetic perspective too - though I hope we never have to experience it in action! I would happily recommend Vapourmist to friends looking for a similar solution.

  The sprinkler system in our lounge was placed right in the centre of the wall which is not only ugly but also means we can't put back our painting over it, so our entire lounge wall has the chrome plate as a focal point. It was in the plan, but it was not clear it would be that high up, right on display and therefore they should have brought that to our attention and ensured we were happy with the positioning. In addition, the other system was placed next to a window which is not where we agreed and therefore we can't put any furniture over it either where we previously had furniture. Furthermore, our washing machine broke after the company had been there (and moved the washing machine) which had been working completely fine before. Our plumber said he could not say with certainty how it broke as all he could see is that it was leaking, and therefore the company would not refund us the cost of fixing it, despite the fact it only broke after they had attended.
