This is my regular vape shop and I use it quite often usually I am greeted by “ Ash “ who has great knowledge with flavours and knows his stuff I visited today on the 26th of may and was made to feel uncomfortable the member of staff was hoovering as I walked in , I was looking around at vapes for around 5 minutes before he even noticed I was there I wasn’t greeted with the same service as I usually would of it is such a shame because the vape shop could have had so much potential but with the rude , ignorant staff I highly doubt it now would never use it again

I’m absolutely brand new to vaping, not even YouTube was helping, went in to speak to Ash (after reading a bunch of positive reviews) and asked for advice! Amazing service! All questions answered and sorted my vape that I had problems with since I knew nothing and thought I could just trial and error with liquids and so on.
