Bought a smok alien. It was defective, so i emailed them. At first got a email reply suggesting they do not sell this product, went in the store and showed them receipt and they said i was only covered for 28 days. Told me to chase up the manufacturer as there warranty is ONLY 28 days, but the manufacturer offer a 90 day return policy. I mean not to lose customers they could chase them up as they must have direct communication. Then asked if i could have there details, was told everything is online now, go search for it, its not rocket science. I am sure as a vendor they have to LEGALLY be responsible for more then 28 days on a defective product. I bought it on 30/03/2017, that is just 2 weeks over my refund policy. I did not drop it or water damage, i will be taking them to small claims court, once they have taken your money they will brush there hands with any responsibility. They told me to chase the manufacturer based in america. AVOID...i will be telling everyone to avoid...the old tall guy with glasses is rude and has attitude issues and will take no responsibility and will wipe his hands once the sale is made. I did not want a refund just an exchange for a working product or at least point me in the direction to the company responsible.... update after response - It is quite simple, i have a smok alien that is defective. I came in with the receipt and i was clearly told "to chase the manufacturers". NOW it is out of the warranty period AND still have a defective smok alien. WHY would i need to come in?? i already know what your going to say. "Its out of the warranty period etcc". You CANT & WONT resolve the issue, as you have got the money. It was just an automatic response just to look innocent, that you tried your upmost best to please customers by going out your way BUT in truth you have not done anything and expect me to come into store and still do NOTHING!! THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!

Had a visit to pick up some CBD vape liquid, staff were very helpful, knew their product range and could advise me what was best, very happy with my purchase (CBDFX Pineapple Express + new vape device) and to my surprise I found they are cheaper than the internet, and better quality than the stuff I had been buying. I will be coming back thanks !
