I had a most unpleasant experience in the shop today. I went in looking for coils. I have vaped for a long time and know what I need. It was infuriating to be mansplained to about my requirements. Then the very young man behind the counter, wanting to see the name of my coil, despite me telling him what it was, proceeded to empty my tank without asking or ensuring I had any spare juice on me to replace what was tipped out. Really poor service. I was left without use of my vape whilst at work and treated patronised like I had no idea what I needed. I will never step foot in this store again and will tell anyone I know to avoid it.

Never again will I go here. I feel like they speak to you as if you’re dumb and you should know what you’re talking about. They don’t give you any advice. As someone who is moved onto vaping from smoking I don’t know much about it and they aren’t helpful at all. The person with the long hair just looked at me bluntly on both visits and was very rude. Purchased vape juices (when the person could finally be bothered to get up off their chair) I couldn’t see the flavours as they were behind the counter and then showed them my vape and they said I’ve bought the wrong ones but wouldn’t give me a refund. Also very expensive. Won’t be returning I will go back to ordering on vape stores online. Think they should brush up on their customer service and not be so unwelcoming
