    I have been a regular customer at this store and have always enjoyed the refill pods. However, during my recent order, I noticed that some of the items I ordered had a noticeably different taste than what I was used to. I believe that customers should be informed if there are any changes to the vape's taste or ingredients. When I raised my concern, they agreed to return the items but with the condition that I would bear the shipping costs. Unfortunately, this left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience. I hope the store will take this feedback constructively and improve their customer service to retain their loyal customers like myself.

    Should have read the reviews first highlighting the poor delivery/shipping process. I placed an order on Friday afternoon, 20 minutes before the cut-off for DPD Saturday. Age verification and payment was cleared immediately. It's now Sunday morning and DPD are still awaiting receipt of the parcel so it now won't get here until Wednesday at the earliest, assuming DPD don't hold it themselves for delivery the following Saturday! I needed this delivery urgently or I wouldn't have paid the premium for a Saturday delivery in the first place. You shouldn't be advertising services and cut-off times that you can't honour or have no intention of honouring.

    I have changed my review to a 5 star from a 3 star. There were some problems with an order, but the customer support have been very helpful and the issue has been very quickly resolved. You do not always appreciate how good a company is until there is an issue and how it is dealt with. The customer support at Vape Superstore are very helpful and professional. You can be confident that you will be well looked after if you order from this company. I will certainly be a returning customer.

    Edit: they gave a gift card for next time to cover the cost. Worked out well in the end. Original review: Overall online order experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The prices are good and the selection is good. HOWEVER, they sent me 2 expired vapes out of the 6 I ordered. One was over a month out of date and the other went out of date the day before they shipped the parcel. The 5 week out of date one started to taste funny quite quickly so basically lost 5 quid on that one.. wish they’d check the dates
