I work with the owner in another business just to be fully honest here. But you ought to know I'm completely honest in my reviews. The workers look after their customers here, great stock, good range of mods and they've been fantastic to me for almost a year now since I began vaping. Great little store in Hill Top and couldn't be easier to get to. Well worth your time and money! ⭐ If I could make another constructive comments, I just wish the prices were on display for juices up on the shelves 😄 Edit: they've added prices on their shelves!! Yippie!

We purchased a vaper freemax 10 days ago and it has become faulty, we took it back to the shop to be told we had used it incorrectly. However we believe it was missold to us under false pretences as we were told it could never be over charged but when we took it to the shop apparently the battery had burnt out. We were also told if we had any problems we could return, refund or exchange but the staff were extremely rude and when we challenged our consumer rights we were asked to leave the shop. We feel that they preyed on our vulnerability and my husbands mental illness and missold us products and did not advise us how to use correctly.
