Second order placed on the 17/08 and I’ve been still waiting for it !!!! I sent hundreds of emails and got ZERO reply!!!! I’m going to contact my bank to get my money back and report the scam ! So I have been using this company for approximately 4 years with no problems. However my last few orders were always delivered later than expected. I placed my last order on 25th July. I got an email the next day to allegedly confirm dispatch. Nearly three weeks later, I have received nothing. I have sent four emails to them without response. Reading the other reviews it’s evident something has gone seriously wrong for them and my experience appears not to be unique. I’ve no real issue with items being delivered late so long as there is communication but at present there is none. It is appalling and frankly upsetting customer service. I won’t be using them again.
