Over 10days for delivery even though I selected royal mail tracked 48 hour, I had to email multiple times to chase it up. When it finally did arrive the flavours were completely different to what I ordered. Terrible customer service and now not receiving any response from the company when trying to rectify the issue

Both RandM and Crystal deliver a good flavour with a great throat hit, you can tell you've had a nice hit of nicotine, as opposed to some disposables I have tried, which taste fruity, and you feel like lighting a cigarette. Avoid at all costs. After getting a tracking number I hadn't received the item for 3 days. An email was sent and was told they haven't got the full order in stock and if I would like another one. When I told them I just want one I was told I would be charged for postage eventhough I was told earlier in that conversation my order was 'dispatched'. I requested a refund and was told 48 to 72 hours. Still no refund and now I am getting no replies on emails or texts. Worst company I have dealt with. Avoid at all costs!!
