The best vape company in London. Delivered to your door. Kind caring attentive service. Always have the stock i need. If they do not have they keep me informed to ask me if i want more so they can keep in stock for me. If that is not service is tailored and attention to detail then i dont know what is. Its a shame it only goes up to 5 stars. I would put more stars if i could. Please use them and look after them as they will certainly look after you. Thank you as always x

I have been a customer of vape Emporium for many years and have always highly recommended the shop, today I was not impressed have with level of customer service I received over the phone today, I called up to find out if they had a mod in stock, first of all there was no answer on the phone so left a message with my name and contact number what exactly I was looking for, I later saw a missed call on my phone, so I called back, the phone was answered by a very rude woman saying I had to hold because she was with a customer, I don't mind waiting but it is the fact that she shouted this down the phone at without even a hello, so I waited, then when she came on the phone she started complaining that my messages was not clear, I am genuinely a very clear spoken person, anyway I then explained again what it was I wanted and if they had it in Stoke, I felt like she was having a go at me, she aggressively said she doesn't know, she doesn't deal with vapes, I'm hear thinking "I'm sorry but why are you calling me back then" , I then advised that I would sort it out another way but thank you anyway, about 2mins later I got a call back from the same woman, wanting to go through there stock with me still behaveing aggressively on the phone. I think this is atrocious customer service and am very disappointed vape Emporium
