I had the best experience with Vape Club. I have ordered many times before and the products have always been superb and well packaged and the delivery on song. The last order I made was delayed by the Royal Mail, and since my son was leaving London the very next day that delivery would not be possible, and I would not recive the vape in India and would have to wait another three months till my son came back to India again. Aaron, from their customer service, understood the issue and quickly suggested that he would resend the same order by next day delivery post. I paid again for the same products, but delivery reached promptly the next day and my son was able to get it to me. They even paid for the next day delivery from their end. It took my son almost 2 months to return the original vape package back, still I promptly got a refund in my account the next day. Absolutely superb customer service and big thanks to Aaron again. I am a customer for life.

Called customer services and spoke to Aaron, He was excellent at dealing with the issue and was friendly, helpful and solved my issue. People like Aaron are a credit to the company and they should be recognised for going above and beyond helping people. Although I had an issue I will continue to use this company simply down to how Aaron at customer service helped me. 👍🏻

Great customer service!! I have been using Vape Club for a few months now and I've always been happy with my order and amazed at how quickly it arrives! I placed an order for some Vuse refills and when they arrived they'd accidentally sent 12mg instead of 6mg. I emailed them about the issue and I got a response from Robert very quickly. I sent him a photo of the order I'd received and he emailed me back and is sending me out the correct order free of charge. The issue was resolved straight away and I will definitely continue shopping with Vape Club! Thank you 😊
