It's almost like administrative offices at Essential Living are phantom and there is no one on the other side of the screen. I have rented an apartment for my student daughter from South Africa. Getting your lease in place is smooth sailing naturally but once you in you are on your own. Any admin or other needs from them are a nightmare to say the least. No one answers and attends to emails on anything including account queries, refunds, maintenance etc. After emailing and coping every department at Essential Living for the upteenth time on my account recon and refund the only response you eventually get is to tell you that they working on it... that was two months ago and all subsequent follow up emails have remained unanswered.... .. Absolute nightmare once you are in there. So much frustration! Apartments beautiful but the frustrations once you in are endless.... don't know that I could do it again.

While searching for an apartment in London I met a member of the the essential living estate agents staff named Erin hunter. Erin was a breath of fresh air while tackling the pit falls of flat hunting when your not from England, she was efficient, courteous, professional and new her product inside out. She had made our experience easier and definitely a member of staff you want to hold onto!!!

I am renting an apartment with Erin Hunter. I am having a great experience with her so far. She has let me know of availability right away and we coordinated very conveniently via Whatsapp. She understood the main requirement from me which is restful sleep and swiftly arranged for the two accommodations we needed in the bedroom. I am further pleasantly satisfied with her dealing with a minor technology question which did not pose urgency but I still got an answer within a day. These traits are the very reason I purposely chose to deal with a professional build to rent company. I look forward to being in the Vantage Point community and updating this review with the end to end story and more happy thoughts.
