Universal Window - Ordered over the coronation weekend, got an update on the 9th and all delivered on the 17th May. No problems at all, have ordered from here in the past and never had a problem. Not sure why so many negative reviews, I emailed them regarding a missing item and they emailed me back within a day and said they are going to send it out. Would use again for sure!

Used van style in the past and worked out well however. Placed an order this week with one item that was on back order as stated on the item page. I was promptly sent an email saying they would send out the in stock items straight away and keep other item on back order if that suited me. So, I replied to the email using the email address they state to respond to and the order still has not been sent and now will be too late for the trip I wanted it for. Called to ask if it’s been dispatched and have been told the emails are automated and not read. So more the fool me for replying on their contact details for email and not ringing straight away 👎🏼

Wish I had checked the reviews on trust pilot before ordering, 2.2/5 , takes over 30mins to move from number 9 in the que to number 5, claim 1-3 days on delivery, nothing after a week, gave up trying to call, no one answers

Vanstyle products are good quality but I think you need to improve your delivery methods. I've received my delivery approx. 2 weeks from point of order (item in stock at time of purchase). Considering your customers are required to pay a delivery fee, I would have expected a quicker delivery. Otherwise great products.
