I called the vans store in Bluewater to ask about a limited addition pair of vans that had gone on sale today but had seemingly gone out of stock online immediately. A colleague called Karl answered the phone and explained that they were unfortunately not being sold in their store. But that’s not where the interaction ceased. Karl and his colleague, Hannah, went above and beyond to ensure that I managed to get a pair of these shoes, that I had been waiting to be released for months, and made very quick work in finding them in another store. I am very thankful to these two wonderful colleagues and their incredible customer service. They both deserve a raise.
