Recently purchased Ford Transit 350 crewcab van. Whole process was smooth and communicated by phone and email. There was an issue with the windows in the van rattling and not being secure, Scott arranged for the whole window units to be replaced within a week of me contacting them. Shocking customer service, avoid if possible! I bought a van from them but their aftercare is terrible. The paint work has started bubbling and will cost a considerable amount to rectify. I've tried to contact them several times but they won't get back to me. Go else where if you wish to be treated as expected when parting with your own money!
