  Had a family photo shoot (me, my wife and two small children). My wife had her hair and makeup done, which looked fabulous (she says thank you). The photographer was very friendly and patient and managed to get some amazing photos, even with the children not always cooperating. Afterwards we reviewed our photos with Molly who was very helpful and explained all the options throughly. We purchased our photos, which were digitally sent to us there and then. I'm so happy with the photos, pictures we will cherish for a very long time and can't thank the Vanity Studio team enough.

  We came for a newborn photoshoot. Everyone was really friendly on arrival. Hair and make-up was done by Gianluca who was excellent. He listened and tailored the makeup to my partners preferences perfectly. Photos were taken by Danny, who was patient and captured some great pictures. The shoot took about 1-2 hours. After the shoot, we reviewed our photos with Angie who helped us decide on which images to purchase. We didn’t feel rushed at all and we’re able to take our time. Highly recommend Vanity Studios, particularly newborn shoots. The images were natural and not over-posed.

  Feedback: Molly (Customer Service) - Initially spoke with her re services, warm conversation, I forwarded a pleasant message commending her on how she was on the call and advising that I looked forward to booking. Message went unacknowledged. Red Flag (1). Christian (Customer Service) - I called in regardless of above to firm up details, I received a snotty email at 5.30 AM after I had made a polite follow-up enquiry after speaking with him earlier. He did apologise after I communicated the inappropriateness of his message. Red Flag (2). Make up Lady (Romanian) - First Class. Matteo (Photographer) - I felt a little rushed. Disappointed it wasn't more of a collaborative shoot. I was a perfectionist hoping to be directed by a perfectionist. I also wanted variety in my shots. Most of my shots were at one angle, same expression, same lighting direction. Why couldn't we change the lightings around? ... Angie (Shot Reviewer) - First Class. Overall, considering the financial outlay, I feel the experience was underwhelming. I was after a cool, relaxing, comfortable treat. I did ask for headshots, however the implication (especially with the variety of clothes I brought with me) was to have a portfolio of corporate shots. After viewing the variety of shots mounted on the walls/shelves, it's a shame that I wasn't encouraged to consider some torso shots and maybe utilising the studio sofa for at least a couple of full length shots. Advice to individuals who want to make an appointment: Ask for the quietest periods for shoots, you may get noisy occupants of the neighbouring studio. Review images they have before advising what you want. Don't allow yourself to be rushed.

  Fantastic work and incredible people! I was admittedly rather anxious on the lead up, between travel and never having gotten pictures like these before. But all of that melted away upon meeting the staff who were very kind, communicative and professional. I most definitely intend to come back again

  I have come across Vanity Studios at London Comic Con Spring who gave me a voucher to do a shoot. I came in and had an amazing experience. The Make-up artist and Wig artist did a great job with replicating the characters via references and the tog has done an amazing job with the shots. Going through the photos was really cool too picking which ones were the coolest and in character. If you are a cosplayer looking for a studio that takes cosplay shoots, this is the one! Thank you so much!

  I feel like the session was rushed and I didn't love the photos I received. Everyone was very nice but the preparation was botched with disparities between what was advertised and what I got. I fully trusted the photographer and looking back I should have reviewed the photos during the shoot as in most of them I looked bad. I also felt uncomfortable with the viewing lady who was very pushy when selling additional photo packages. I was surprised that when spending £90 you only get 3 unretouched digital photos. I understand everyone has a rent to pay, but for what I went there for, it was a waste of money. I left the studio with a bittersweet feeling.

  We had a great time visiting Vanity Studios for a couples and individual photoshoot. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. We were offered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The hair and makeup artists at Vanity Studios were truly talented and professional. They listened attentively to our preferences and created looks that perfectly captured our individual styles. The level of skill and artistry they displayed was exceptional, and we were thrilled with the final results. During the photoshoot itself, the photographer demonstrated a keen eye for capturing the perfect moments. He made us feel comfortable, guided us with poses, and effortlessly captured our genuine emotions. The entire process felt relaxed and enjoyable, allowing our personalities to shine through in the final photographs. The quality of the photographs exceeded our expectations. Each image was beautifully edited and showcased the true essence of our relationship and individual personalities. Overall a really good day, would recommend!

  We had a great time having our photos taken. Our makeup and hair looked great. We took lots of outfits and had a detailed conversation with the photographer about what we wanted to achieve. The photographer was very professional and worked really well with the kids and our finished photos were fab. It was really hard to choose which to take as there were lots of good choices - we got both work headshots and a selection of casual portraits of us and the kids. We didn't end up having our nails done per the package, but that was no big deal as we were focussing on the shoot.
