Ordered a new lease in June 22, finance approved, given delivery date of June 23, a few weeks before delivery, the lender has pulled my finance (no change in my personal circumstances), not even so much as a phone call from vanarama to sort this out, they just cancelled my order after I waited a year, which has left me car-less. What a great lease company you are. Will never use again and would encourage any review readers to look for deals elsewhere.

Ordered a new van, was told several times 14-21 days delivery time which was the main reason for choosing this company. This was also expressly advertised on their website. Before I agreed to submit the finance application for the lease, I made one final confirmation that the delivery date would be as advertised (14-21 days) and I was ASSURED it would be. As soon as the finance was proposed and accepted they called me to say it would actually be at least another month on top of that, knowing full well I would be stuck as too many finance applications might leave me in a position where the next one got declined and leave me in a position with no van, should I cancel. Completely disappointed and I was flat out lied to.
