Before you say this is a 'fake review' I'm posting on behalf of my husband James. If I could give zero stars I would. As others have said, paid for a seat and heard nothing for months other than one reply which said Paul would process the refund which hasn't happened and have been ignored since. Avoid this 'conpany' if you don't want to be out of pocket. Will be taking legal action!

Disgrace of a company. 50% deposit was paid in April 22 with an advised delivery of 8 weeks and as of November, there is no sign of the works being taken out. In August we finally heard back with the promise of an install which had been delayed due to all the fitters leaving but this was cancelled last minute. All calls, emails and letters have since been ignored and we have now had to instruct solicitors to try and recover the money.

These guys are extremely unprofessional I called them and inquire about a seat 2 times and they never give me a call back and they talk very rudely like I am asking them something for free. You should work on your customer handling skills.
