We booked this hotel to stay in for my daughters wedding yesterday 22/07/22 and because it’s advertised as a ‘spa’ which it turned out it was nothing more than a treatment room! The bride and bridesmaids had booked to stay the day before the wedding to enjoy a spa day as their hen do and they ended up just chilling in the over priced bridal suite instead as there was no spa facilities whatsoever! Also advertised with gym and the gym door was ‘locked’ Totally mis sold ! Also there were no fridges in the rooms and the staff were rude! Lunch was bland, rubbish basic and we were told to exit through the service entrance to our awaiting wedding cars as they had a wedding in the hotel and we were told to rush down 2 flights of stairs to not be seen! There was no air con upstairs.. the bedroom was 29 degrees when it was only 20 degrees outside and the corridors was like a sauna ! They did put a portable air con in the room but wasn’t enough!

Absolutely awful place stay away! Staff VERY rude. Got spoken down to because of using a private functions toilet but there were no signs saying otherwise and was given direction to them. Ordered a chicken burger and it was very dry. Overly priced food and drinks! Will most definitely not be returning!
