Just got in touch with someone over the phone to enquire about their service to buy a bouquet for a colleague. She was not helpful at all and in fact quite rude. She sounded annoyed throughout the whole call and hung up on me whilst I was still speaking - which was not deserving at all. She got even more cross with me as I called them thinking it was liverpool street branch (I used the number on google for the liverpool street branch). Maybe she had a bad day, but was not a nice experience.

Had a really lovely experience with Van Arthur recently! Thank you so much to Sri and the team for making a simple bridal bouquet for me on very short notice (2 days before the civil ceremony!) Sri was very happy to help when I called, and also suggested what would work best once I’d sent in some photos of my outfit and bouquet styles I liked. The final bouquet and matching buttonhole were perfect and even better than the photos I’d showed! The team were swift with responding to emails and the flowers were ready to pick up at the time requested without delay. Thank you again for helping to make a special day even more special!
