Ordered a floor lamp, received a wall light (bit different!). No problem, mistakes happen. Initial customer service very helpful and offered to send me out the correct item within 24 hours. Tracking showed that the package arrived at the hub but almost instantly said it was being returned to the sender (ok courier issues, not their fault.) Communication has now stopped after I have requested a refund a month later as I've given up waiting for my lamp. So now no order and no refund! I wouldn't bother here again despite the low prices as I guess you get what you pay for.
