I've been waiting over 4 months for a reply to my council tax banding - told "aim to do in 90 days" which is bad enough but cant even meet that deadline. beyond shocking - other reviews shows agency needs series reform.

Not helpful at all ! I am so surprised by their approach to act correctly or to correct their own mistake! I was living in a rented property sharing the kitchen and utility and sleeping in a garage that was converted to Storage / study ,VOA put listing entry on this garage wrongly but VOA after more than a year of my efforts have not deleted their wrong entry. they put as much as possible hurdles on my way to make me tired and give up , I am a disabled adult and I don't know what to do ! I am feeling very bad about this.

Not helpful at all. Felt they were reading a script and did not want to help resolve the overpayment issues. They and not worth the tax payer salaries. Should be investigated for their performance and provided with better customer skills and training. If there was a 0 rating they would get it.

We moved to ours new home and where expected tax band which currently E are wrong. House was sold at 1997 for 87000£ where is band D. At 1991 with price index from 87k it would 67k. On appeal they ask price from 1991. Public data they published after 1995. How stupid they consider us to look for data where doesn't exist. All similar houses ill used yo send they reply same message back without mentioning what exactly is wrong. I published houses with sold price with picture from Google, everything at hand. They bustard just ignore you. The message I will send straight to Boris hope he will say again " apologies for that"
