CHECK OUT “lowest” REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING FROM VALOR. EDIT: I have not once been evicted while living here. OH MY GOODNESS. But hey, kids can lie. You can only protect the company for so long, I may not be a tenant for much longer but valor won’t be a company for much longer either. Look at all your reviews? The 2+ reviews have been written by I assume James Priestley. I have been highly frustrated with you all, understandably. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. 1 year of living here with mould, damp, a leaking roof, leaking windows, wobbly banisters, chipped laminate, broken shower glass & faulty seal, cracked paint, broken doors & a leaking bathroom to the point I have ended up sick due to it. 3 day power cut including Christmas Day, no emergency contact provided. It turns out our MAIN power switch WAS NOT fitted correctly and it had burnt out and we was very close to a house fire. I had reported EVERYTHING and was ignored. Every problem here has been ignored, unqualified contractors and valor fail to pay all of them on time for their work. They are in the top 5 wordt estate agents according to all our our “contractors”. I signed a false tenancy agreement, it is owned by a housing association and not by the man they said. Due to mould and damp our cupboard fell down and it was blamed on me for “tenant misuse”. Unprofessional, rude and it is a company ran by children that care more about their eyelashes and false hair extensions than their tenants. The house has been falling to bits since we moved in and every contractor that was sent out has completed less than half a job for the cheapest price valor could find. We had people enter the property without our permission and most of the problems was blamed on me and my partner when all we wanted to do was settle. The second we say we are moving out, they are out within 24 hours to drill a to let sign outside the house. Never there when you need them though. I feel so let down by this company and I will be very careful next time I rent off somebody. Children belong in school, not in an office. Thank you for a horrible experience. Compensation also promised but not given. To anybody abouts to rent my property, be aware of the mould & damp because they are NOT going to resolve this prior to you moving in. Take care when renting off VALOR/PRIESTLEYS/whatever their name is. Please be safe because this company won’t assure your safety or happiness while living in one of their properties. May I add that Valor didn’t do the 3 monthly legal inspection until after 10 months of us living here. Highly excited to see your reply. It’ll be nothing we’ve heard before. To hell with the lot of you.

Left work early to attend a viewing and unfortunately hit some traffic on the way. I had the courtesy to call half an hour in advance and let the agents know that I was running approximately 10 minutes late. When I arrived (a whole 13 minutes late) there was nobody at the property. I called again to be told that because I said I’d be 10 minutes late then they had left already after precisely 10 minutes and if I was going to be 13 minutes late then that wasn’t their problem. No courtesy call to let me know that they had to leave & couldn’t wait the extra 3 minutes. So a complete waste of my time this evening when I had the courtesy to update them on the situation. Very precise if you!

Absolutely terrible. They have left me with no boiler since Wednesday, keep saying they'd provide alternative heating until it's fixed as is the law but they havnt and they keep fobbing me off. I've had other issues as a renter over the years. I wouldn't rent another property from them ever again Edit. You're missing my point. I'm aware it can't be fixed immediately. You must provide alternative heating within 24 hours legally. And you haven't and it's been really difficult trying to talk to you. Stress I did not need
