I was very worried about my vision after a previous work related accident. Julie organised another eye test to put my mind at ease. Having been a customer for quite some time, I have always found your team to be extremely knowledgeable and patient. The eye test was very thorough and I feel like i know my eyes much better. I know I took my time choosing the glasses but the lady I saw (I think Jill??) was very good with me and I know I've definitely chosen the best pair to suit my style. Absolutely disgusting opticians been coming here over 30yrs and spent a lot of money here. I will be taking my family elsewhere its not surprising the clinic is always empty and the reviews reflect this. I bought lenses from this place sum yrs ago and they sold me out of date solution, they whispered whether they should tell my husband hes got kerataconus which could cause blindness and today i wasnt allowed to ask y my sons eyesight has deteriorated when the hospital discharged him 3mths ago saying hes eyesights fine with his current prescription.
