A big thank you to Dom and all the team at Valley for our new conservatory completed on time and to budget. The new addition to our house provides us with a comfortable room that we can use all year round, and the recent hot weather showed us how different it is from the 30 year old conservatory that it replaced. The design suggested by Dom is perfect giving us great views of the garden and the two roof windows add lots of extra light. It was a pleasure to have the various trades on site, all were diligent and respectful and always kept the site clean and tidy. Unprofessional, never return your calls and not interested when their work goes wrong. I have a failed roof that Valley provided. Now it’s out of warranty they will not even provide a quote for a new roof despite promising too. I’ve phoned and emailed several times and they’ve failed to even return one call. Absolutely appalling.

Many many thanks to Dominic and the team for creating a marvelous new room from a 30 year old cold wooden conservatory. the new conservatory is fantastic, and the four window panels in the roof is a great feature, no problem was too much for Lewis and the lads to solve and anything they were asked to do was done quickly and professionally. the conservatory is now my go to room for peace and quiet. We have ended up with a usable conservatory but not what was promised and agreed and it leaked so badly the window sills were ruined and the company were absolutely no use at sorting things out. We called and called and got no where. We sorted it out ourselves in the end as We were so sick of trying to get Valley to respond.The salesman is very good at his job but don't believe anything he says
