Service good although sometimes difficult to get an appointment. They also seem to have a problem getting regular vets it's usually a Locum vet which means they aren't up to speed with any recurring conditions.

My pet had to have his Annual boosters and whilst there, many dogs were getting distressed and the staff were brilliant and immediately intervened to help them. When I saw the vet he was great with my cat and also cut his claws which is quite are an ordeal in itself, and managed it perfectly. All the staff are very helpful and always empathetic.

Very happy with the pet care we received. The Vet was very patient and thorough and carried out impending annual injections at this appointment, which saved us a little money and freed the future appointment up for someone else.

Dealt with very effectively by knowledgeable vet, but after a 10 minute consultation and a bit of Lexicon, costing over £83.00, I wondered which part of the surgery we had bought a time share in!!
