Been booked today 4pm, for the first time. Went in and was advised to call when at the car park. When I called, there was no answer. Sign on the back door saying go through the front, sign on the front door saying go through the back. No answer to knocking, ringing door bell, phoning. Really disappointed. Our Kitty is extremely stressed when going to the vet so all this for nothing.

We took our gorgeous German Shepherd Prince to go over the rainbow bridge at valley vet care and I can honestly say how fantastic the staff there were with him I will never forget the love n care the two staff members shown to Prince and us, we even got a card afterwards and when we picked his ashes up how lovely they returned him even paw prints we carnt thank you enough thank you love Julie n John x

Absolutely disgusting service Do not care about the animals, owner cares more about lining his pockets Lied on legal document. Neglected my dog making condition worse. Should be shut down immediately. Do not take your fur babies here. No compassion for animals.
