After loosing my beloved hamster and deciding to have her cremated, I have absolutely no doubt that she was cared for with the upmost dignity possible. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly helpful and even gave me a few days to decide what I wanted for my beloved Pip. I ordered the oak casket, the paw print and a fur keepsake which all arrived in beautiful packaging, it was worth every penny. During such a heartbreaking time I cannot be more thankful to Valley pet crematorium for taking such care of Pip, allowing me to have her back at home with me. Thank you to all of the team💛

Where do I start , happy valley crematorium looked after our roxi after she passed I found the staff so helpful, understanding and an absolute pleasure to speak to at this awful time . This is my first pet I’ve lost and found it extremely difficult to deal with!! happy valley made the experience a whole lot easier they picked her up and returned our roxi in a beautiful urn . She can now be laid to rest and I cannot be more thankful to you all at happy valley you’ve gone above and beyond and I am forever grateful . You are truely amazing people ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone called Gill. She was very sympathetic and comforting. So a huge thankyou to Gill for your kind words and for giving my Poppy a big snuggle. Poppys ashes arrived in a beautifully finished casket packaged in an exquisite box. Valley Pet are caring and show your pet huge respect during their resting period. A special thanks to Heather who reassured me at a very traumatic time. She answered all of my questions in a kind & helpful manner. For me it was just wanting to know my pet (who was having an individual cremation) would be the only ashes I would get back. Her reassurance put my mind at ease....the whole process of collection of Ellie from the vets (by the crematorium) to collection of Ellie's ashes was smooth, the scatter box lovely & the attention to detail faultless.
