I’m so glad I stumbled across Valley Motors! I have driven a company car for 20yrs so was quite daunted at the prospect of buying my daughters 1st car - I can only say we are delighted with our purchase which was in mint condition and has been diving lovely since we bought it a few weeks ago. Me and my wife bought a Ford Focus from here 6 months ago and it has given us no problems so far. The guys were very helpful but not pushy at all. The mot had advisories for rear tyres and was due an oil change which they sorted out before sale. They even took us to local shopping area while work was being carried out. Would definitely return if they had a car we were looking for.

i was going to purchase a car from these people and paid a deposit to secure this car on their advice-i then had an accident and broke my ankle having pins and plates resulting in long term reduced movement and now i will need an auto if i drive again-respectfully asked for my deposit back due to this long term problem and suddenly no contact from these people!!!!!-real con job and very poor customer service-my advice...AS COVID....AVOID!!!!!!- 18/9/22 update for my initial review-in responce to my posting the owner has now followed up with better customer service apologised for his partner not actioning this refund and has now repaid my initial deposit-thankyou
