Daine has been really helpful with various injuries/problems that I have had over the past few months. Unlike some physios he adapts his plans to fit around your existing fitness routines which makes them a lot easier to stick to. His sports massages are brutal but brilliant. He's also lovely, which always makes it a more pleasant experience!

Great experience: I went to Validus for some running pains under a heel. Daine did very well at diagnosing what was wrong and coming up with a recovery plan including different exercises. In follow up sessions, he checked that everything was going as planned, proposed updated exercises and performed some acupuncture. All this helped a lot getting me back into running, would certainly recommend for any sport injuries!

Great! Daine is super helpful, friendly and explains your issues really clearly. I'm actually so glad I started coming here as he's helped me understand my shoulder injury and how what I was doing would have been making it even worse. I dread to think what state I'd be in if I hadn't come to physio! The regular shoulder massages and acupuncture really help too. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been seeing Daine now for well over 6 or so years, I first went to Daine due to an ACL injury and without Daine’s knowledge and advice I don’t think I’d be where I am today. I now see him every 2/3 weeks for more full body analysis. Due to training and keeping fit being part of my career and maybe slightly scared of getting old I feel so much benefits from the treatments Daine offers. Daine at Validus Sports Injury Clinic has been brilliant. He asked lots of questions, diagnosed what was wrong immediately and performed various massage and acupuncture therapies that helped immediately. He explained everything about the injury, provided a detailed rehab programme with images/videos to show what to do and has generally been really engaged, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely highly recommend and will continue to use Validus for going check-ups.
