Never trust the drivers and make sure you check your car before they leave. The driver will make you sign for the paperwork and leave and will not check the car with you. If your car has been damaged they won’t take the claim and they will blame you. Will never use this company and will not recommend it.

As a wheelchair user I was very worried about parking at Gatwick and having alot of luggage to get in and out of my van. However I'm so glad I chose Tudor Rose as the chauffeur was brilliant, helped me with all my baggage on both arrival and return. On the way back the van arrived on time, and in perfect condition. Brilliant meet and greet service! Polite staff were where they said they would be precisely when they said they would be there, for both the drop off and collection. For a £15 fee our Tesla battery was fully charged on site just prior to our return from holiday. Will have no hesitation to use again!

Avoid at all costs....... despite confirmation of parking and payment, staff very unhelpful, charged additional £145 saying we would get our money back once they sorted the confirmation, guess what, they don't even want to talk to us, let alone return our money. Staff are rude and customer service is non existent
