I would highly recommend Ged and Joe and their team. From quotation to finish - they did an absolutely brilliant job which was primarily crown reductions on several trees. What gives a customer confidence is that their extensive arboriculturist knowledge, technical expertise and pride in the work that they do is instantly apparent from the onset. First and foremost, they care about trees, selecting which parts of the canopy to prune in a very considered and responsible manner, consulting the client for their input and preferences where necessary. They carry out their work in a friendly, safe and diligent manner, and this leads to quality. Valeside showed true commitment to properly finishing the job following the unexpected discovery of advanced rot in the last tree to be crown reduced. This discovery was made late into a Friday afternoon and completion of the job now required more time than previously anticipated. Some team personnel even had to make alternative arrangements for other engagements. That’s a sign of going above and beyond. Thanks guys – I’ll definitely be calling you to do more work for me.

I needed some urgent tree surgery work undertaking and after looking online for a reputable tree surgeon, reading reviews I came across Valeside Tree Care and immediately called Ged. He was able to offer advice over the phone and sent Joe out within 48hours. They provided me with a price for the work I wanted completing (no pressure) and turned up on time on the day agreed and completed the work to the standard which they said they would taking away all remnants. They were very helpful and left the place immaculate after completing their job. There was no pressure to the experience and I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Joe and Ged !!

Ged and Joe turned up, well ahead of expected and simply got on with the job. Within minutes a 30 foot tree had disappeared into the shredder. the grinder ground and took the stump below ground level and all mess and detritus was cleaned up before they left. very pleasant draftsman who did what was needed perfectly.
