Call at 8am, am over 30 in the queue, 45 minutes later am number 4 in the queue and get cut off, call back again, same queue time, then told to call back the next day all appointments are taken. Are you kidding me? Have been with this surgery since 1989 when it was run by Dr Borooah. Then it moved to Woolwich and that's where this place turns into s disaster, can't get the correct medication, takes ages to fix, then end up in hospital because I am not given the insulin I need. Then can't get the needles when I order them baring in mind I use 5 a day. Best doctors ever there were Dr ward and Dr Pilai, they had time to listen, where these ones rush you off the phone, and pre Date prescriptions so you can't have the items you need when you run out, leaving gaps in the medication when you are not supposed to stop taking them. And since covid it got 100% worse!,.

The doctors and staff are brilliant never had any issues with them would give them 5 stars, the only issue I have is the painfully long waiting time to get through to reception being placed in a queue of like 40 plus and having to wait up to an hour for someone to answer and on more than one occasion getting to 1st in the queue and being hung up on and having to call back and start all over again is very frustrating especially if it’s regarding my 20 month old son. This review is solely based on the long waiting time on the phone and not the staff.

Rude nurse consultant services via phone which trigger my anxiety👎 Other the things are fine on the site👌 Also, you will need to go to the centre to book your appointment, otherwise you will wait for ages to book via phone.

The process of ringing the surgery was testing. Half hour wait but once I got through the receptionist was polite and very helpful and said she would get a gp to contact me that day with regards to my mum's ongoing issues. Dr Ung rung within a couple of hours. I can't say enough about how helpful and professional he is. We had a call from the district nurse that day and booked a visit within 2 days. My mum has finally started having the treatment she has been waiting for a very long time. Thank you also to the kind, efficient District nurse called Ben.

I know many people have complaints about their GP but I feel very lucky to have an axcellent GP in Dr. Tran. Due to my varying issues if I request a call back I don't have to wait too long. Probably an hour at the most. I like that he actually listens to me and works with my input to reach a beneficial conclusion. He doesn't just fob me off with medication and when I was reducing certain meds he checked in on me regularly to ensure I was doing ok. I'm glad he's my GP, I couldn't ask for a better one. 5 stars for him and the practice on a whole. The receptionists have gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. I can't fault them.
