Missed bin collections for many times, their website DOES NOT WORK, no one answer the phone, the worst council in the uk, reported to the gov anyway.

They are first to take your money off the account or send you letters but no response nor help if you struggle. They are first to take you to the court for not paying when they're the one who cancelled direct debit and couldn't find your money in the system that actually you have paid! If you're trying to contact them, prepare yourself for playing a LOTTO game on your phone. You have to go through so many numbers pressed before you can speak to an advisor, yet some of them are absolutely unpleasant, with no customer service skills, will interrupt you while speaking or thinking whatever they are saying it's right when it's not. Lost so many nerves... 1 star is too much for them. Never have I ever had such an issue with the Council! Shame! Council should be for people not against them.

I wouldn't bother speaking to anyone on the phone. Extremely rude and extremely unhelpful.

They are dreadful can never get through on the phone take forever to get an answer via e mail. This was when i was trying to pay them money for council tax after moving to the area. They need a good shake up in my opinion. They spent more than any other business i know hiding behind covid as to why us the paying public could not contact them.

One star is not enough for these people. I have been sending them emails and trying to call to change my address on their website for months. Absolutely no response whatsoever. Bare in mind, they are quick to take your money every month and take you to court or whatever if you don't pay. But no, to help the people, that is a no. So I guess I just have to try and call and email because I have nothing else better to do

I now have rang at least 20 times and pushed so many numbers on my phone as instructed by someone talking and basically i was put in a queue and that was it I'm quite sure now that there is no one working here as that 's what it seems like I would advise people not to pay anything to them and wait for them to send a summons to go to court and explain to whoever is dealing with the problem what you have had to endure No wonder the country's in such a mess

1.4!!! A complete joke of a service, long hold waits, responses that over 30 days, enforcement agents at door, advisors that cut you off, horrific!

I won't even call it service because this man could not help himself let alone another human being. Richard French is aggressive and rude. The one star is for reception, at least they are able to get back to me and are trying their best to help. This a local council but you'd believe he was the head speaker of the parliament with that sort of attitude. Just a bully that needs to understand that a little respect goes a long way.
