Really impressed with the service I received from Vale Furnishers. It's a great shop with a lot of choice. Dan went out of his way to try to find a solution for a difficult problem and spent a lot of time with me going through various options of office chairs. He was very patient and friendly and clearly wanted to find something to suit my needs (I was asking for a lot) without every being pushy to make a sale. Although I decided in the end not to make a purchase because I found something more suitable elsewhere I would definitely return to the shop to look for furniture options in the future. I would highly recommend Vale Furnishers to anyone and had a very good experience despite not actually buying anything.

Great showroom and very helpful attentive staff. Clare in Sales was very efficient and friendly she helped us pick the right chairs (Juniper in Green) which we are delighted with. Delivery guys were also very helpful. Super service all round, we look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future and will highly recommend the company to family and friends.

Enter into an Aladdins Cave ( but bigger) of very unusual stylish furniture and fittings. Personal service from Dan over the phone..I gave him my sofameasurements and he did the rest with curtesy..( it's great that they actually answer the phone).. very patient Angela took over when we travelled 60 miles to purchase a sofa and ended up buying a fabulous picture as well..it was well worth the journey..I cant count the furniture stores I have to including London stores this was by far the most unique of them all..I'll be back even with the journey!
