I was very impressed with the service given by Alex and his team at Vale Conservatory Company, the quote for a replacement conservatory with a warm roof was very competitive and upon acceptance we were given an estimated delivery date which was, in these troubled times, seemed reasonable . I can highly recommend Vale Conservatory, their service & work was excellent from start to finish. Our large conservatory had a leaking roof & was boiling in the summer & freezing in the winter. We now have a lovely tiled roof, which has been plastered inside & have spotlights for the first time. It now feels like a proper room & will get far more use. It has exceeded our expectations & was far less stressful than imagined. Alex & his team are brilliant & I can't recommend then enough.

**Newest Update** So after a torrent of rain poured through our ceiling during a rainstorm. Vale Conservatories came down and examined the probable cause. Stephen, worked through the morning and hopefully, his efforts will pay off and no more leaks will occur. After an initial rough start to our communications with Vale Conservatory, I appreciate their latest efforts to meet customer expectations. I'll update this review after a few rainstorms have tested the fix. *New Update* I wish that this company had had a better response to our problem and had taken the initiative to make good on their guarantee in the first place. However, we had to write a strong negative review, and threaten further action before they got their act together. On the plus side, they sent Stephen down to examine the issue. He was very professional, and practical. Quite the no-nonsense type which I found reassuring. He seemed a bit baffled by one of the patterns of water marks on the ceiling. I have no clue. Anyway he went on the roof, and put some lead sheeting down and did something to the fascia. Fingers crossed that no more leaks will occur.
