Ive got balayage done a couple of year ago for the very first time and keep coming back for my hair cuts and dye ever since. Every time I go back, I request to have my hair done by the wonderful Bianca. She’s an incredibly talented hair superstar who works meticulously and puts a lot of care and thought into her work. She doesn’t let you go before it’s done to perfection. Valritz in general is a welcoming place with reasonable prices for people from all walks in life. I myself frequent the private hijab friendly room. I definitely recommend. Service: Balayage

Please do not dye your hair here unless you request specific senior stylists. Even booking here is a nightmare through DMs due to a lack of English language skills. I was charged £200 to dye my hair over a period of 7 hours back to almost black like the day my mother birthed me. I had about 3 inches of black hair at the roots and wanted them to just bleach that part to match the rest of my light brown hair. Instead they bleached all my hair, yanked my hair often, clumsily threw bleach all over the chairs and over me, scorched with scalding hot water in the sink. Dyed my hair bright red instead of light brown. Then they dyed my hair very dark brown and said that’s what I wanted. I could have achieved this look with a £8 box dye. They then said they could add face framing highlights if I came back another day and charge me an additional £60 for the products, instead of giving me even a partial refund. They then gaslit me into saying I wanted very dark brown almost black hair. I am very disappointed. I dyed my hair here before by John who was very good, also the red-haired hairdresser managed to dye my sister’s hair beautifully from black to dark blonde in one go. Please refrain from going to Raphaela. Service: Balayage

I don’t usually write reviews. But this is the worse salon you can go to. It’s unprofessional!!!!! I wanted a keratin done something I get regular I thought let me try this place. OMG THEY BURNT MY HAIR MY HAIR IS FINISHED BURNED DRy that iv had to cut half my hair off. They refunded and said nothing. No reason of why it can happen or even told me what keratin they used because some keratins are illegal. My hair STINKSSSSSS OF THE solution they used. My long hair is NOW DAMAGED DRY BURNT DUE TO THEM. yes my hair wasn’t the best condition but it wasn’t like this after keratin. Even after washing it frizzies due to how dry and burnt it is. Horrible. I literally cried all night.

I went to Val’s with the intention of fixing some poorly cut hair and Bianca did a wonderful job of fixing it. I’ve only gotten compliments since I’ve gotten this haircut from Bianca. They have a separate hijab friendly room which I really appreciate. Their services are modestly priced and absolutely worth it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a haircut!
