I’ve been going to Val for piano lessons since I was 4, and I’m now 18. Can positively say that it was the best decision I could have made. I have learnt everything from theory, to the scales, the classical and jazzy and bluesy pieces, and even just how to feel the music as you play. We definitely worked hard but also had lots of fun and lots of laughs! Very grateful I got to go to such an amazing piano teacher, I can’t imagine I’ll ever stop playing. Thank you Val x

Both of my children had piano lessons with Val for over 10 years. What a wonderful teacher! Both children had very different learning styles but Val adapted to their needs. They were always well prepared for exams and passed with flying colours. Val was like an additional grandparent! She always showed interest in the children and continues to do so many years later. I am delighted that both children continue to play and enjoy the piano. Thank you x
