I don’t often feel the need to write a review about good service as that is what generally is expected. However, when the experience is exceptional, then I think it is necessary. A major customer of ours experienced a Vacuum Pump failure immediately before Christmas. We called probably all Vacuum pump manufacturers within the UK and as expected all had finished for the Christmas period. Having called most service companies within the Vac industry we then found Vac Pump Services. This company went beyond the normal and provided us with a truly exceptional service during the Christmas period. They provided us with a hire pump which allowed our client to have full production. From the time of taking our call, explaining the challenge to execution, the service was thoroughly professional and seamless. I would give them the highest recommendation without hesitation. Andy
