We did book an appointment for checking out the traditionelle but upon visiting, the welcome and the way the item was shown wasn't friendly and pleasing, except for the coffee. The very moment, we decided to drop that idea off and preferred opting a Patek, which turned out to be way beyond expectations. Sad thing is that the patek we want has asked for a 14 month waiting period, but still had to accept it 😉

Justin was an incredible Sales Associate. I went into the store with my son and we were given the greatest experience out of all the watch shops we visited in London. At no point did I feel I was been looked down on, like some other shops. We got to see and touch some amazing watches and it is safe to say that I will be returning the in Dec 21 to place my order for a Fifty Six in steel with the moon face. That you Justin and Vacheron for a very memorable time. See you again soon
