STAY AWAY FROM CITY DOC… i called in to enquire about My Covid test results and agent put me on hold for 25 minutes I then asked her what the hold was all about and she said that the owner frequently does this, he randomly comes into the room and tells all the staff to put customers on hold so he could hold a meeting was so ridiculous service is this. How is the owner holding a meeting in between calls. Also my test results came after my flight time even though I had registered the kits stay away from CityDoc
