Went to get my passport application done electronically, Mandy was superb, she went beyond being helpful, she was having problems getting the photo done with the tablet but tried and tried again, she did this while jiggling other customers aswell, her colleague was stuck in traffic so she was on her own,eventually Mandy and Karen got it done between them, brilliant service, thank you ladies xx

Went to collect a " sorry we missed you Delivery" item that they didn't deliver even though we were in on a Friday. Had to wait until Monday. Went at 10:15 to collect it and the office is closed saying it only open from 8 am to 10 am!!! So they give people 2 hrs!!!! Discusting service

Use this branch for my drop & go and have had nothing but brilliant service from all the staff. Always pleasant and helpful. The other comments on this site with regards to parcel pick up has nothing to do with the Post Office Counters I use. Different departments. Cannot speak highly enough of this place and have never had an problems. Happy New Year to them.

This is the worst post office around the area. They don't accept parcels with postage generated online. Why? This is your job! You're a post office and you're paid to accept parcels and you get paid for processing them! The guy (refused to give his name) is full of himself and arrogant. Why work there if you don't do your job, argue with the customer and refuse to provide service you're contracted for? Why franchise this place to someone who doesn't do or like to do his job? Had to make complaint about them.

I asked them to check my sons passport aplication and even though they saved me money by doing it online the information they gave me has held up my sons passport. I wish I had stuck to my guns and used the paper application as he would have had his passport by now.

Woefully terrible opening hours. Have updated Google as you'd think it would be possible but collect a parcel during ur working lunch break but no. Only open 8am till 10am!!! So if you have a school run and then work u've no hope

Really poor service,collect parcel hours only morning hours untill lunch time, been 1 day thursday that work till 7 pm but unfortunately poor management remove that day as well. People usually during the week go to work so they don't have time to collect in morning hours. For redelivery need to wait more than a week. Management neet to take more action about this.
