WOW WOW WOW. After visiting many local and online bed retailers we came across VIP bedding by mistake and very happy we did. From the 1st time we walked into the store until my bed was installed the customer service and professionalism that we received was 2nd to none, thankyou Noel. After discussing our requirements with Noel, he recommended the bed that he thought would meet our needs and what a dream it was. We decided this was the one, he then showed us the array of different colors for our base. We placed our order and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was more than £700 cheaper than any other like for like we had been offered, to top this off he also included free delivery, free installation (headboard attached) and to take away our old bed. My bed was delivered 3 weeks later, everything that was offered was carried out. I tried to offer Noel and his drivers mate a tip, to which he refused advising that he was grateful for our business and asked that all we do is recommend VIP bedding to our family and friends, which I will certainly. Thank you Noel for a service that exceeded our expectations and for being a true gentleman and your keeping to your word. It was our pleasure doing business with you and will be defiantly be back.
