My partner came back from this salon feeling extremely let down by the service. She went into the salon a few days back to discuss what she like to be done and was told not to bother booking for her eyebrows to be done as she was told to just remind them on the day and they will do it then. She has come back now very unhappy due to the way she was spoken to when she reminded them about the eyebrow service again. Was told they haven't got time,the man just said "let me see your eyebrows"then walked off. So why she wasn't told to book at the time she went in if they knew they were busy. This day was supposed to be a treat for her as our wedding day is not far away. Terrible customer service so beware of beginning told one thing but them not doing it.
