    it's all lies when there are come to do the contrac they didn't tell you what behind the contrac very bad experience the provider was 4 days in the row try to convince me about the company and hi sad no any charges if I use the card machine. so the first month I did receive nothing the second month I started to receive payment and letter to say a chould pay for sdm policy that 15 pounds enline and 24 for the card machine when a call them them they sad a chould read the policy and for termination is 1000 pound so funy company 😢

    Bad service and the staff are mistreating us without care and respect. They offer Us a machine and for an odd reason Barclays did not except the contract with them, so we returned the machine and we cancelled the contract and because they couldn’t give the service they had offered but they still wanted to charge us the monthly fee for no service. I don’t advise anyone to have contract with this “company”.

    Originally cold called set a meeting up. The sales man was very pushy and just wanted me to electronically sign on the day. Never how business is done with us! Just had a call back today and the sales person ‘Lewis’ was rude! Couldn’t understand why we wouldn’t just sign up saving £500! Then when I said I wouldn’t be able to sign it’s up to the MD of the company he said ‘Well I spoke to him yesterday and he said speak to you!’ I am not authorised to sign up to new contracts. When I told him we weren’t interested he put the phone down! Well done Lewis your phone manner just took you straight out of the game when we do renew! Appalling behaviour to try and win new custom.

    I have signed up with them monthly charge £16:80 and they said you have pay £4:80 to Barclaycard but now they charging me about £35 a month don’t use them they are scam
