I visited utopia for the first time today. Luisa is very friendly and professional. My skin felt tired and dull for a long time the treatment was explained to me step by step. I felt claustrophobic during the light therapy whilst having the facial, Luisa you were so understanding and the arm/hand massage helped to relax me. I am looking forward to using the new products. Luisa and Becky have always been incredibly welcoming. When I started my journey for clearer skin with Becky, I was apprehensive because of previous negative experiences elsewhere. However, I needn’t have worried because she was so understanding and informative. I used to be incredibly embarrassed about my acne, but I never felt like that coming into Utopia for a treatment. And even though I’d suffered from hormonal acne for a number of years, it cleared within 5 months of treatments with Becky.
