    This is not a review for the hub it is for the company you have not tried to get in touch you are ripping people off charging Β£10 a day for gas even tho it's not on all day complete robbery no reply to emails avoid this company

    Terrible!!! The worst ever I must say. My first call was at 11:52AM and for 2h I was not able to solve my problem (it's not solved yet). Every advisor that picked up the phone told me the same: "This is not with me, I will have to transfer you to the relevant department"... I've waited for 1h10min to speak with someone from the "relevant department" and nothing. Called for the second time, explained my issue and mentioned that I've been waiting for a whole hour to speak with someone, the advisor apologised and said that "there's no one on the queue so you will be transferred straight away"... waited for another 30min and nothing. Called for the third time, the lady was clearly annoyed and unbothered after listening to my enquiry and waiting problem, transferred me to the Residential department (finally a name has been provided) where I waited for another good 10min extremely upset. NO ANSWER! Called for the fourth time, another advisor picked up and just said the same that the previous 3 said. However, even though it was not her department she tried to find a solution for my problem (that it's not solved yet by the way) instead of transferring me to a non-existent line where people from that "relevant", "residential" whatever department doesn't want to work! Thank you very much Ms. Dawn for being the only good and helpful employee out of 4 advisors. I'm still very upset with this customer service experience. For someone who worked with customer service for 10 years+ this is a shame.

    I am not happy about the fact I'm trying to get through to a *Human* about the issues I'm having I have topped up and the money has been taken from my bank account however it has not reached the meter... I try to call to get this issue dealt with and there's no option to speak to anyone you're cut off after an automated msg πŸ€”πŸ˜‘ So I try live chat ( SPEAKING TO A ROBOT) that replies "sorry I do not understand your query" 😀 Finally attempt a live chat with customer service agent only to be put in a que of 140 people πŸ˜©πŸ˜‘ People have kids the weather ain't great I'VE PAID , YOU'VE TOOK THE MONEY!! yet I can't get this rectified πŸ€” How are the elderly meant to deal with these issues if I struggle they're bound to really struggle this winter and that's a disgrace to leave people In an emergency yet offer NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
