Had my door fitted approximately 7 weeks, when ordered i wasn't told the door had been painted its new colour of green over a white door (very poorly) as I ordered online and didn't see prior to fitting. Once fitted there was obvious chips of green paint coming off door and was very badly finished on front and side. Also the lock mechanism and door seals were faulty and and not new as promised in advertising. I contacted management who promptly resolved the lock and seals, however I was extremely disappointed in there answer to the poor condition of door paint, they told me they only sell the doors and do not paint them, I'm now left with a door that is peeling and flakes coming off and unable to find a touch up pen to match. It seemed like a money saving idea to buy a used door but now I'm going to have to spend more to either have door fully repainted or changed. In the long run I wished I'd not come across ththis company. One to be wary of, as the obviously don't take pride in the products they sell.

Brilliant service from the get go... Replied to my enquiry within 1 hr... I bought it straight after the reply. Got a phone call less than 30 mins later booking the delivery for us... Delivered today bang on time, well actually 20 mins earlier than stated which is excellent!!! Delivery guy was nice, polite and friendly.... Would have no problem using them again 10/10 Thanks guys 👍

My second trip to UUWD. It's a 2 hour drive but well worth it. Prices are unbeatable, why anyone would ever buy brand new (I appreciate there will always be a need for new!) These guys are helpful, the stock selection is great and have I mentioned the prices!! Keep it up lads.
