We sold our kitchen with used kitchen hun. It’s a professional service where they will tell you what type of photos to take, what to measure, and ask you the relevant questions for the advert. They then create the advert for you which looks much better than we would have come up with ourselves. Then they also field all the enquires about sales and arrange the removal date. Overall well worth the fee.

First time purchasing an ex-display kitchen and the experience with Used Kitchen Hub has been fantastic so far. Daniel promptly responded to my query, listened to what I was after and pointed me to a unit that fit my requirements almost perfectly. The vendor was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful sourcing additional supplemental units at cost. I was very pleased with the end result and the experience. I also tried other similar websites/exchanges with the rest of them advertising units that were no longer available and trying to push other models (bait & switch?) and/or didn't bother to reply to my initial inquiry. So my positive experience with Kitchen Hub could not have been starker... I highly recommend them and would definitely consider them again for my next project!

I filled in all the information required, Daniel came over and took all measurements and photos and as soon as my kitchen went live I was kept informed throughout the process. I needed the kitchen removed as quickly as possible and Daniel achieved this for me with great ease. The kitchen was removed professionally, payment was received immediately and Michelle was on hand throughout for any questions. I have recently purchased an ex display kitchen from Used Kitchen Hub and I'm delighted with everything. Firstly, the savings are amazing, I was able to get a high end ex display kitchen for a fraction of the cost of buying it brand new. At a time when money is tight it makes ethical and economic sense to buy used or ex display. Secondly, I found the service to be excellent and super friendly. I would happily recommend buying from this company, especially if, like me, you have champagne tastes but a beer budget. I'm sure anyone would be more than happy with their purchase.

Our experience is unfortunately not very good.At first we where pleased with the service, even arranging a face time appointment with the seller of the kitchen as we wanted to check the colour. Unexpectedly after trying to contact the company who dismantled and deliver the kitchen for a delivery date things went wrong.The kitchen was put into storage by These people and when delivered lots of items where missing . The things that where missing where unit for fridge freezer, feet for cupboard units, bracket for carousel, small sink and tap fixings. After many times trying to retrieve these items and being ignored by both parties involved the used kitchen hub and Dan from the kitchen company, we would definitely say avoid using this company because you will part with a large sum of money and not receive what you pay for. My partner has also offered to pick up outstanding items and has been ignored. Update: 1st September. After writing the review on the used kitchen hub we have been contacted by them. We have had an apology and been given £300 in compensation. I understand the company has been trading for many years and this is the first time there has been a problem. Thank you to the used kitchen hub for resolving the issues.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Aside from the fact you can get a top class kitchen at a fraction of the price, these people are really nice human beings and there's no sales banter or pushing products, just great advice, never to busy to answer your call and if they don't have the answer immediately, they go and find it and come straight back to you. No ask is too much. Some of the big companies could learn so much from these guys. Thanks so much UKH.
