We purchased a new car from this company. Told it had been serviced. Took it to our mechanic whom we have used for years and was told need new discs and pads all round, virtually no anti freeze, oil like sludge and also needs 4 tryes and tracking done. Spoke to sales man and he wasn't at all interested in helping. I can assure that my mechanic has in no way ripped me off. He showed me the pads and discs removed from the car and they had definitely had it . The oil had not been changed for some time, and taking the car into a tyre place this morning, they have told me that the back tyres are so worn on the inside that they are dangerous. 4 new tyres and tracking needs doing. When we discussed your 2 year warranty, we were told we didn't have to bring the car all the way back to you, we could get any faults repaired locally and would be reimbursed. i have spoken to the mechanics at my garage and they have kept pads and discs from car and also a sample of the oil to show any inspection.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was recommended to Anthony at used car network by a friend who has bought her family’s cars from them for years, I live over 2 hours drive away and couldn’t find the right car where I live, I went on used car networks web site and found a lovely little low mileage Vauxhall Corsa for £4995 and it came with a fantastic Free warranty, I made the trip up there by train and Anthony collected me from the Local train station, when I got there the car was exactly as described and in excellent condition inside and out, he took me on a test drive, all was good and we done the deal, he arranged delivery for me for a few days later as he has all of his cars fully checked over before delivery, he answered all my questions with great knowledge and reassurance, I could not recommend him highly enough, five star service.

Very easy transaction. The 12 year old car I purchased was spotless inside and out. It did develop a little engine light problem after driving it for a day but Anthony and his mechanic put it right and replaced the part at no extra cost. Nothing is certain when buying a used car so to have decent after sales service is very reassuring. Would recommend and would buy from them again.

I purchased Volvo C30 last month. Fabulous service. Relaxed no pressure atmosphere. Honest and straight talking. Love my car, happy with the whole process. New MOT done, warranty given and AA cover. Would definitely recommend. Well worth the 90 minute drive to view and then collect.

Rude, Ignorant, arrogant and unfriendly salesman. Waste of our time driving over an hour to see a car. Didn't let us drive the car, then tried to sell us the car with no warranty and a car with only 6 months mot. Fake advertising of warranty on cars. Disappointing.

After seeing a lovely Jaguar advertised on Autotrader, then speaking to Anthony on the phone, for nearly 20 minutes, i decided to make the 3 hour drive to view the vehicle. i was very impressed by Anthony and his very professional approach and setup. Could not have been more helpful! Answered all my questions, including the silly ones, he took me on a 20 mile test drive, which i drove, the car was amazing! so was more than happy to go ahead with the purchase. the car came with a full service history, new 1 year MOT, free one year AA cover and a full AA history report which was very reassuring.
